6/14-酒類販売管理研修出席
この日は、平成15年度より開始された酒販店主に課せられた新たな規定（資格みた
いなもの）『酒類販売管理者』研修会が水戸の県民文化センターというところで
開かれるため、朝10時ぐらいに社長を乗せて出発しました。（社長は、この日の講師
ということで、2人で出掛けました）途中龍ヶ崎でこの日のもう1人の講師をひろって、
水戸に向いました。講師が遅れるわけにはいかないと思って早めに出たのですが、
11時半過ぎとかなり早く着きました。早めの昼食（=親父達に合せて初ガツオ定食。
脂がのってて結構うまかった）を取って、1時からの研修会会場に入りました。
50数人の受講者がいて、1時定刻よりスタートしました。内容は、3部構成となっていて
第1部は、酒類販売管理者とは何ぞやから酒税法、組合法等について、第2部は、
リサイクル法や未成年者飲酒禁止法、独禁法等法令全般について、第3部は、
お酒と健康についてや仕上げの自己テストと4時ぐらいまで、間10分弱の休み時間を
挟みながら、みっちりと分厚いテキストに沿って講義が行われました。講師を知って
いるだけに眠るわけにもいかず、かなりの眠気を我慢しての研修となりました。
無事研修も終了し、5時半には帰宅しました。あぁ～疲れた！
