5/21-松戸老舗料亭営業＆誠親隊幹部会
先週松戸に住む叔母から老舗料亭での当店オリジナルブランド商品
『陸前浜街道 取手宿』の料亭のお酒としての採用のお話を頂戴し、ランチタイムに
昼食も兼ねてお邪魔しようということで、この日昼前に叔母の家に行きました。
あまり12時近くだと先方が忙しいと考え、叔母の家でお茶をご馳走になってから、
少し時間をずらして、従兄弟家族も含め、叔父、叔母、私の7人でその料亭に出かけ
ました。叔母とその料亭のおかみさんが商工会等の会合でお友達らしくて、店に着く
なり2人でマシンガントークを繰り広げておりました。叔母や叔父の傍らで笑いながら
話を聞いておりました。店自体、かなりお客様も入っていて、これまで昼のランチの
営業はしていなかったらしく、つい最近始めたばかりのようなのですが、宣伝とかしな
くても、“口コミ”でランチをしている話が広まったみたいで、混んでいました。
それでも、おかみさんは我々のテーブルに何度となく足を運んでくれて、叔母や叔父と
話をしていました。料理もとても美味しくて、中でも名物の「小鯛のけんちん煮」
（どういう料理かは非常に表現しずらいのですが…とにかくうまかった）は抜群の味で
した。食後にようやく本題である納品金額等の話をさせて頂き、初回注文（300ml×3
ケース＋720ml×3ケース）を頂いて、帰ってきました。（もちろんランチ自体も叔父に
ご馳走になってしまって…）とりあえずは、金額等ご了解頂いて、初回分のご注文が
頂けたので良かったです。これから細く（徐々に太く）長～くお取引頂ければ、
と思います。また、夜には、来週末に予定される“子どもたちを守り、住みよいまち
づくり”がモットーの誠親隊発足大会を前に、幹部会が開催されました。8時半ぐらい
から始まって、私の作った発足大会資料について、喧々諤々順番や裏シナリオも含め、
結局夜中の1時ぐらいまで酒を飲みながら打合せを行いました。かなりの修正箇所が
発生し、手直しが大変そうです。結構忙しいのになぁ～！！
